Low Season Rates start 1st October to 28th March 2013 and are per room per night.
High Season Rates start 29th March to September end 2013 and are per room per night.
Rate includes breakfast from our award winning Breakfast menu.
We offer a 5% discount on bookings of three or more nights, please contact us direct via telephone or email. This offer is not available on the on-line booking system.
We offer a 10% discount to all our valued returning guests.

We have a two nights minimum stay policy from April to September.
